In 2019 Tobias founded Avnio and took it from zero to replacing market-leading incumbents at companies including Salesforce and Thermo Fisher. Loopio acquired Avnio in 2023, where he went on to lead Product and Design, then the Salesforce practice as GM for EMEA. Most recently he was Chief Product and Technology Officer at TestBox. Today he helps UK organisations adopt AI and put agentic workflows into production.
Before that he was Global Enterprise Architect for the Quote-to-Cash suite at Apttus, now Conga, after roles at the Bank of England, Barclays, IBM and Serviceware. He is a Replit Level 5 Master Builder, in the top 1% of builders on the platform.
